Abstract

Background. This research intended to asses the Organizational commitmentwhich must be performed by PT. AJBS (HIC) in Gresik in connection with performance of the Employees.Method. This research was conducted at PT. AJBS (HIC) in Gresik which covered 60 employees as respondent. This research by utilizing regressionanalysis, the technique was processed with SPSS program 18.0 to analyzehypothesis. The intercorrelations models between these variables in this study revealed thathypothesis have significant correlation.Conclusion. The result of this research were empirical date of the development ofthe theoretical of human resources and practice management.
