Abstract
Pengaruh Penerapan Praktik Green Training and Development (X 1 ), Green Performance Management and Appraisal (X 2 ), Green Reward and Compensation (X ix 3 ), Green Employe Empowerment and Participation (X 4 ), dan Green Management of Organizational Culture(X 5 ) Terhadap Environmental Performance (Kinerja Lingkungan) (Y) Pada PT. Delta Artha Bahari Nusantara (DABN). Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Green Training and Development (X 1 ), Green performance management and appraisal (X 2 ), Green Reward and Compensation (X 3 ), Green Employe Empowerment and Participation (X 4 ), dan Green Management of Organizational Culture (X 5 ) terhadap Environmental Performance (Kinerja Lingkungan) (Y) Pada PT. Delta Artha Bahari Nusantara (DABN) sebanyak 56 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik Non probability Sampling atau sampling jenuh. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan statistik dengan alat bantu SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menggunakan uji t, diketahui bahwa secara parsial variabel Green Training and Development (X 1 ), Green Performance Management and Appraisal (X 2 ), Green Reward and Compensation (X 3 ) dan Green Employe Empowerment and Participation (X 4 ) tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Environmental Performance (Kinerja Lingkungan). Sedangkan variabel Green Management of Organizational Culture (X 5 ) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Environmental Performance (Kinerja Lingkungan) (Y). Kemudian melalui uji F dapat diketahui bahwa secara simultan variabel Green Training and Development (X 1 ), Green Performance Management and Appraisal (X 2 ), Green Reward and Compensation (X 3 ), Green Employe Empowerment and Participation (X 4 ), dan Green Management of Organizational Culture (X 5 ) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Environmental Performance (Kinerja Lingkungan) (Y). Kata Kunci : Green Training and Development, Green Performance Management and Appraisal, Green Reward and Compensation, Green Employe Empowerment and Participation, Green Management of Organizational Culture, Environmental Performance (Kinerja Lingkungan).
